Avid Media Composer 101E

An Introduction to Editing using Avid Media Composer

This four-night course is an in-depth introduction to the techniques of nonlinear editing on the Avid Media Composer system. The class progresses through all the basic phases of creating a sequence on Avid Media Composer, including inputting source footage, assembling and trimming sequences, editing audio, creating titles, and outputting a finished program. Class time is divided between demonstration and hands-on practice.

This course is designed for those who want to familiarize themselves with the entire feature set of Avid Media Composer.

Evening intensives are 6pm-9pm.
